What is a microbakery?
A micro bakery is a small-scale, in our case home-based, bakery focusing on high-quality, artisanal baked goods. We utilize a small-batch process which limits the amount we produce each drop. For us this cuts waste and allows us to bring our customers the goods they actually want.
What is a cottage food business?
Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.15.03.02B(17-1) Food Service Facilities, defines a cottage food business that produces or packages cottage food products in a residential kitchen in Maryland. It also defines a cottage food product as a non-potentially hazardous food that is sold in the State directly to a consumer from a residence, at a farmer’s market, at a public event, by personal delivery, or by mail delivery; or directly to a retail food store.
This also means we cannot make sales outside of the state of Maryland, nor can we ship our edible products across state lines.
How soon will I get my order?
Please allow for 1-2days processing on all orders, and 2-4day for shipping.
Our little paws make every batch fresh, and that takes time.
There’s an issue with my order- what do I do?
If there are any issues with your order please contact us – we want to make it right! Cottage food businesses are not subject to Maryland food safety regulations. However we have comprehensive record-keeping to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Where can we find you?
For the time being, Natty’s is a cottage foods business only available through online order. In 2026 Natty’s will be available at local farmers markets in Maryland – stay tuned to our updates to find out which ones!
What payments are accepted?

No, not at this time.
How often does the menu change?
The menu consistently has the fan favorites all-year round.
Seasonally we plan to have a special superfluous drop, featuring the flavors of the season.
